Some of you know me well and some have never worked with me yet.
After 27 years of clinical practice, I’m embarking on yet another exciting venture.
Three years ago, I started working with an injured OHL player, and the results of our work together was remarkable: rapid recovery from a severe SI joint injury, improved fluidity on ice, stronger posture, and less overall pain from constant training and game performances.
This experience solidified what I’ve known all along: that smart, targeted movement can change lives and careers.
I’m currently opening my schedule to work with athletes, particularly hockey players.
I will continue to work with open minded willing participants dedicated to their goals, whatever the goal is. Not everyone wants to be an NHL player.
One of my goals is to work with a hockey team for a season to demonstrate how valuable knowing your body is for improved performance and injury prevention.
