What Is A Movement Coach?

A movement coach helps you understand how your body moves and works to replace inefficient patterns with ones that support your daily life. Whether you're looking to improve mobility, reduce pain, or simply move with more ease and confidence. You will be guided  through techniques designed to enhance how your body functions while improving mindset resiliency. The modalities used are Pilates, ELDOA, Nervous System Regulation tools (NSR), and Mindset coaching.
