HOW TO CHOOSE YOUR CLASSES?
Take a moment to write down your needs and ideal goal(s) for the next three months.
Set up a budget allocated to your health.
How do you want to achieve your needs and goals? Private, Semi-private, group classes?
Figure out how many times per week you can allocated to your exercise routine. Please take in consideration other commitments, your travel and your children's schedules.
Choose a class based on your time availability. Privates are ideal for those with a hectic and ever changing schedule. For group classes read our Group Schedule to see days and time availability

NOTE:
A consultation or a private session is highly recommended if you are new to Pilates and/or the studio's approach, if you are trying to find the right group class, if you suffer from chronic pain, or if you are injured. We can assess you properly and suggest the appropriate program based on your goals.
