General Information - The Loft Pilates Studio

Damselfly Studio is located on scenic Lake Muskoka, a mere two-hour drive from Toronto near Gravenhurst.

This amazing newly renovated retreat includes 6 beautiful bedrooms that can be arranged in 2 doubles or a king size bed configuration, each with its own ensuite bathroom. There are three large outdoor decks overlooking picturesque Lake Muskoka. Relax and curl up with a book in the screened-in Muskoka room, take a walk in the woods or have a chat with friends. Enjoy a truly Canadian experience by canoeing on the lake or fishing. Holistic massages, aesthetic treatments and golf courses are additional services that can be provided. Whatever you choose, solitude or company, there is a lot of beautiful space to fulfill your wishes.

The owner, Susan, also an artist, is easy going and her friendly personality will make you feel right at home the moment you step in.

CUISINE

Enjoy fresh, inspired vegetarian meals made primarily with organic and locally sourced ingredients. Where possible, we will accommodate your dietary requirements. Just let us know!

CLASSES

All classes are suited for all levels. You will be able to take any of the following classes:

Yoga
Dance
Pilates
Creative Art

Participation is not mandatory. The classes are part of the package.

The Loft can make reservations ahead of time on your behalf but any cancellations or rescheduling will be your responsibility.

GOLFING
There are a few golf courses available. We suggest Muskoka Highlands, 5 starts R.C.G.A. Future Links Facility in Bracebridge. For more information click on Muskoka Highlands

HOLISTIC MASSAGES
On the deck or in the privacy of the Muskoka Room, overlooking Lake Muskoka. Krisha will take all of your tension away.
$65/hour
$40/half hour

AESTHETIC TREATMENTS
Reflexology: Treatment starts with a warm foot soak and exfoliation, followed by a reflexology session and moisturizing massage for feet and legs. This will promote and restore your body onto a healthy balance relieving tension and improving circulation. $50

Pedicure: $37
Manicure: between $20 to $30 depending on your request
