Mat Healthy Bones:
This class is ideal to maintaining and building bone density and a proper posture. Each week's exercises based on the Pilates principles and other techniques will introduce movements beneficial to your day-to-day activities and well being. This restorative class is challenging in different ways. Participants will test their ability to build strength and endurance of the larger muscles while keeping the integrity of the smaller muscle groups.

Mat Urban Haven:
Do you feel stressed? Rushed? Overloaded? Come and learn how to take lessons from the mat into your life. In our fast paced, urban environment, it is not only our bodies which need strengthening. Urban Haven is designed to strengthen the fitness of your mind, body and spirit. Come and discover way to de-stress, focus and build awareness which you can use to support you in your everyday life. This class will combine a body workout of Pilates and yoga in addition to dialogue and skill building for conscious living in a urban life.

Mat Flow Cardio: NEW
Come and awaken your metabolism by combining the dynamic workout of the BOSU, the elongation of yoga and the core strengthening of Pilates. The BOSU is a fun piece of stability equipment designed to challenge your core and get your heart rate moving. Paired with the principles of Pilates and the centering of yoga, this class is both energizing, challenging and restorative for the whole body.
This class is NOT recommended if you have serious wrists, shoulders or knees injuries.

Mat – Beginner Flow:

In this beginner level you will learn to work together control, precision and breath. This energetic and toning workout will challenge every muscle in your body. The continuous flow from one movement to the next will keep you focus and present every moment.


Mat Core Stability:
Challenge your body with this energizing class. In a focused and playful workout we will challenge your core and dynamic stability with movements designed to awaken new areas of support and balance within the body.

Mat Core Dynamics:

Core Dynamics takes the Pilates enthusiasts to the next level. Learn how to both move and stabilize from your center on the BOSU, the exercise balls or the roller. By applying precision, control and endurance to dynamic exercises, your body will react faster, with more power while reducing the risk of injuries.  Choose from the Core Dynamics for beginner or intermediate.

Mat - Glide and Sculpt: NEW
To add intensity and variety to your Pilates routine, simply incorporate the gliding disks. They will be used to gradually perform cardiovascular exercises without adding stress to your joints.  The workout will challenge core stabilization, increase flexibility and strength by using the weight of your own body for resistance. The result is a sculpted body.  

Mat Pure Core:
Pure Core takes dynamic movements to the next level. Learn how to both move and stabilize from your center. This class is designed for the intermediate participant who wants to challenge their core at every turn. Develop precision, control and endurance as you integrate proper core mechanics into all postures.
Note: This class will only allow make-up based on the teacher's approval. Previous Pilates experience is a must.
